    @jherikurl @ali174 Your advice isn’t that good either. Burning fat is more important than ab excercises when it comes to six packs. The problem is fat covering the muscles, rather than the muscles being too small.

    Using this guys self-serving logic, the following must be true: Dieting causes weight-loss…which in turn, results in needing to buy smaller clothes…which results in spending money…which causes stress…which releases cortisone..which stores fat. See? Dieting = staying fat. All kidding aside, the #1 way to achieve a caloric deficit is by cutting one’s calories. Period. The better you eat, the leaner you will become…the happier you will be…and the LESS STRESS you will feel.

    @BboyLeyo We hear a lot of time that , the truth , (take it if you want or no,,) is that every muscles needs 24-48 and the point is not to do lot of reps big number of reps will only cause muscle breakdown , have a low % bodyfat and try to get 5-8 reps to do hypertrophy and hyperplasia some hyperplasia because you need good core muscle if you want to keep it with higher resistance (weights) , but this 5% of the job , key , lose fat.

    The truth is….. there is no secret. Just burn more than you eat (so, eat less!) and do the natural motion for which the abs are (sit ups and crunches)…. again and again… and again. Everyday more.
    Every day, cause the abs needn’t much time to “recharge”.
    And if you not to fat – it takes just three ore four weeks and you got your six pack.

    man this is dumb ye most of wat he says is true but cardio vascular excersize is alot more important than muscle building. The oxygen and lactic acid is produced in your body. Cardio vascular is important for your organs and producing red blood cells which in turn pumps more blood to the muscles this video is good but not for health more for good looks

    @ali174 actually sit ups arent directly affecting your abdominals and if you cant see your six pack its because its under a layer of fat now doing sit ups makes your abdominal muscle bigger under the fat thus making your stomach look bigger. if you want to see your six pack go run and eat less but eat enough well balanced meals. because if you dont eat fat , no fat is coming into your body and it thinks your starving thus slows down your metabolism to hold on to the fat you have. so eat balanced

    actually doing crunches is the worst form to get a six pack , everybody has one but its under a layer of fat so to get to see these abs you need to do cardiovascular exercising to burn that fat and get those abs youve always wanted. personal exp advice im a boxer.

    water intake has nothing to do with it, just drink the healthy ammount, a couple of liters every day! too much water will “wash” out your minerals and you do not want that…

    anyways, cardi vaskular exercise! for serious six/eightpack, go everyday!
    eat 6 meals aday, small healthy, not too much not too little, mix it up, most people wont even have to do sit ups to get abs.

    listen guys, just like you iv always wanted a 6 pack but a personality defect from birth has rendered this impossible (basicly im a lazy prick!) then i stumbled upon a you tube video called abbs in minuits the easy way, OMG thats my kind of title “abs” I WANT ABS! “easy” ” WHO NEEDS HARD? “minutes” I CAN WATE! all i can say is they actualy work good luck.

    whatever happened to low reps high resistance for packing on muscle? how are the abs any different? doing hundreds of sit ups or (blech) crunches will only give you little prepubescent looking abs and no ab strength. instead you can have strong, muscular, defined, and functional abs by doing real ab exercises like full hanging leg raises or dragon flags. well thats only if you really want to stand out among the little underwear models by having the waist of a greek god.
