scoobysworkshop.com There is no such thing as “6-pack abs fast”. You cant buy 6-pack abs from an infomercial or get them from a bottle. Getting 6-pack abs is simple but takes alot of work – eat less and exercise more. This video shows you how to do both.Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts. Nutrition is key to losing weight and getting 6-pack abs! I cover nutrition on my website, if thats not detailed enough for you I have reviewed and recommended some excellent books scoobysworkshop.com For more information on home workouts, please see my free website (no advertising either): fitness.scoobysworkshop.com Limitation of Liability Consult with your doctor before starting any exercise program! Yes i was kinda skinny (80kg, 188cm high) at the first place when i started. I’ve been working out for half a year, but I never payed too much attention on abs. Now after each workout i really feel the abs, and its getting better and better every week.

2% milk has that much fat? wow I only recently changed to 2% when I was a kid my parents had us drinking whole milk every night for dinner.
btw that apron on you looks ridiculous. lol

  • Khorax500 says:

So wouldn’t doing intervals and HIT (High intensity training) yield better results over all if you actually want to conserve the most of your bodybuilding efforts?
I’m not saying 30 minutes of cardio is bad, I’m just saying I would do exercise in a different way. Low-carb (low “grain” anyways) nutrition leaves your sugar blood levels low, so when you do high intensity training you have no choice but to use up your glycogen reserves. It’s a good duo for fat burning, better then cardio for me.

  • nfskrumps says:

I’m 19 and used to weigh 180 pounds but I thought myself to eat healthier. I cut as much soda, fast food, and snacks as possible. Over a few months I’m now 166 and eat whatever I want with an overall healthier lifestyle. After watching your video I’m starting some beginner body building following your guides on your website. *Excited!*

  • Khorax500 says:

Ok… first off, nice vid. Amateurs listening to this who know nothing about nutrition and exercise physiology will have good guidelines. For the rest of us… maybe only having 10% of our total calories from fat is NOT a good thing. I don’t react well to a high carb diet. If i’d drop to 10% cals from fat, i’d most likely gain weight. I’m at 35% right now, a lot coming from saturated fats. Also cardio is kinda couterproductive to bodybuilding cuz of the catabolic effect it has on your body

  • smendez43 says:

thas wazzup. u go dude lol. i play basketball, too, except im a 5’7″ 200lb-er lol i just need to get in shape period. good luck

  • smendez43 says:

this is a great video. it’s hilarious, too. BUY THE ABDUMINATOR FOR 4343 EASY PAYMENTS OF 99 CENTS lmao. i like the factual information as well. very insightful and helpful to all ppl, i think.

  • neoMushroom says:

i watched this video not because of the 6 pack, but i need to lose my stomach fat. im 185lbs, and im 6’2. i play basketball and im trying to increase my vertical jump. i do calf raises, jump rope, and squats to increase my jump. but i also do push ups to keep my body tight and i need to lose stomach fat to give my legs a break.

but 6 packs would also look nice.

  • scooby1961 says:

Thats great that you saw results in 3 weeks, for most it takes FAR longer than that. You must not have had much weight to lose in the first place. 1 lb/week of weight loss is a good target.

  • scooby1961 says:

Thanks epicenter, that would be cool but somehow I dont think I’m on Nobel’s radar screen :) It would be nice if good nutrition caught on with teens, we have an obesity epidemic here and IMHO its mainly because kids arent taught about nutrition and the importance of exercise in school or at home. Teens dont WANT to be fat but they need the knowledge and tools to be healthy. If anybody can get this video played in their health class at school, I’d welcome their critique.

  • JonahGui says:

    i can answer 1 and 4..

1: Your stomach is digesting at the moment after eating. So, wait for 45-1 hour to be safe and not get ur stomach knotted up. =D

4: Sleeping is very important to rest it up. So, about 8-9 hours is ok.

  • athanatos1987 says:

1)how much time do i have to wait after a meal in order to start excersises?
2)what are the best parts of the day for someone (begginer) to excersise?
3)should i set priority in some bodyparts ,or should i treat them and excersise them as the rest?
4)how many hours must i sleep every night in order for muscles to rest?

i would apreaceat it if you could answear my questions , and i must also apologise if you have already mentioned about those thinks i asked in one of your videos

  • derbigpr500 says:

Wow i like your videos so much! You really helped me, I did abs workout as you said in your video, for 3 weeks now, since the first time i saw this video, and it really does work, i can actually see my abs now :)

  • gillette says:

there are ways in doing sit ups not just the “typical” sit up,, there are side sit ups etc try going to the gym to know the basic stuffs in body building.. avoid foods high in fats & eat foods with lot of proteins (proteins= our body’s building block) eat foods high in carbohydrates too (main source of energy)

  • mama says:

dont do so many sit ups
if u do too many it’ll make u look bigger
try differnt types of sit ups nit jus regular ones

  • origamimark says:

Do more. That is not enough.

    Chocolate does not help either.

Stop being a loser and get working !!!

  • s'phina says:

keep going boy ! you can do it

  • aishiteru_0690 says:

In addition to exercise, it’s also important to take control of your diet.

Try chicken breast meat. No fat, just proteins.

  • SDsurfer21 says:

do alot more pushups and like 150 situps and it takes awhile to get a 6 pack and a good upper and lower body.it took my a whole year to get a six pack and another 3 years to get the arms i have so just keep doing it and theyll show soon.

  • newf_chick_1987 says:

Here’s a tip… Rent some vidoes, or hit a gym and ask the trainer at the gym… And you’re only 12, don’t worry about it! Lay off the junk and eat healthy foods. And the sit-ups and push ups aren’t enough. You need to do a variety of exercises and for some people i know, those numbers are small compared to what they do in the run of a day… Maybe also at night is not the right time of day for you to work out. Try in the morning or in the middle of the day… Give it a shot! Hope it works out for you!

  • picturesdrewtook says:

Stop posting questions on Yahoo. And exercise more. Also stop eating anything that is unhealthy. (including excess chocolate). I am dead serious about the food issue.

  • ya_peace gurl says:

eat more veggies, lower the fatty stuff, do a variety of exercises, go to bed early (take this one seriously esp. because you’re 12!)

  • kristi says:

you should do more cardio to get the fat off first. eat a low fat diet and be sure to eat low amounts of sodium as it makes you retain water.

  • mickey b says:

The key to 6 packs is lower your body fat to less than 10%. You cannot spot train abs. The reason your stomach is bigger is because you are building ab muscles under the fat and it is pushing the fat out. Watch your diet and weight train.

  • lnfrared Loaf says:

you cant beat your genes… i know a body builder that still looks fat although he is well muscled…

if you are thin type, you’ll have an easier time to have your muscle curves show (sixpack)

could affect your growth too since you’re only 12. :)

  • ootapit_n_gapitoo says:

Rome wasnt built in a day and your abs wont be either. you can do 300 sit ups and 150 push ups a day and all that can account for nothing if your execution(form), rest between workouts, diet and cardio isnt put into the mix as well remember you are only twelve give your body time to grow before entering any strenuous workout routine. believe and you will achieve.

How to make my stomach flat
If you want to make your stomach flat, then you need to follow a proper exercise, diet schedule and get sufficient sleep. You need to get the right proteins, carbohydrates, fibers and vitamins daily in your diet. There is no magical formula to make the tummy flat; exercise and hard work is the only way to make your tummy flat.

    Diet:·

    Intake Low carb diet·

Do not consume foods high in sugar content·

If possible do not eat junk food. If you need to eat junk food , consume less ·

Eat low fat food and avoid fried foods·

Drink fruit juices and plenty of water·

Eat lots of green leafy vegetable and fruits

Exercise: Jogging is the best exercise to start with. You need to jog for at least 20 minutes before you start doing the tummy exercises. Tummy crunch or sit ups is the best exercise for your stomach. Do the tummy crunch in different variations. The more the repetitions, the more strength for your tummy muscles. Swimming is also a good exercise for the whole body. Some yoga poses also help in strengthening the upper and lower part of the tummy and also increase the flexibility of the stomach muscles. Sleep: Sleep is a necessity for rest, relaxation and recuperation. You need to get a good sleep, to recharge your muscles after a workout. On an average an adult needs around 8 hours of sleep. If you rest for fewer hours, the risk of becoming overweight increases.
