@oletreece well yeah but im almost sure that when you started the exercise you didnt had extra fats in your body… the cardio is important for people that still have and want to make abs, cuz if they dont burn em the abs wont show up

@Tibian50 that depends on genetics, ive done this workout every other day for 3 months in a bulking phase program and i have full 8 pack thick and cut. no cardio either.

@ardit67 depends, on what u eat and if you do cardio exercises or not.
If you do cardio exercises with a good diet it should take from 3-4 months to get full 6 pack, BUT if you think you will get a 6 pack just by doing the exercises without diet and CARDIO!! << very important to burn extra fats it would take more then a year…

I know muscles need rest but I also know the abs are a weird exception. So if I do this twice a day am I overworking my abs? Because overworking is worse on building muscle than not doing Anything.
