Six pack??

right now i have a 2 or 4 pack when i flex and i want to get a sixpack do you know how i can? any excercises or yoga , pilates or plans or foods to eat? thanks!

    Basically building a 6-pack is mainly to do body-fat percentage, diet and genetics…

    You need to have a low body fat percentage (around 8-10%), because you may have a sixpack but not be able to see it due to the fat. Therefore, be careful with your diet and eat low-fat, high carbs and high protein meals. Combine this with cardio about 3 times a week for at least20 mins to burn fat and you should be set. Doing Ab Exercises such as crunches will help to tighten the ab muscle and are definately worth doing but will not increase definition . Do all this and be patient and eventually you’ll have a defined mid-section.

    But bear in mind, a 6 pack is not for everyone. A lot of it is down to genetics… so don’t be frustrated if you don’t make it.

    Nothing you eat is going to magically make you have a 6 pack.

    All you can really do is do lots and lots and LOTS of ab workouts. I have the beginnings of a 6 pack and I do at least 300 sit ups every day.

    Also, Your abs get use to exercise. Change up your ab workout every 2 weeks for the best and fastest results.

    Also, for really good tone in the ab area, you HAVE to start running. You can’t have good abs unless you run.
