Six Pack !?

how can i turn my fat into a six pack without straining/hurting myself i’m only 12 but i real want to be more stronger and i don’t want to become too fat as a kid so what should i do ?

    Sorry I dont have an answer sadly…. but i would like to say that i agree with you im 12 too im a girl but im gonna try RIGHT NOW and do some situps and exersice to lose some of stomich fat i have. THanks for suggesting that im gonna go do that now.

    Twelve is too young to be working-out to get muscles. You should talk to your gym instructor in school, who can advise you on proper excercise and eating habits for your age.

    It’s gonna take a lot more than just stomach exercises to burn that fat off for packs. Take up exercise that requires LARGE amounts of energy. Running is good for CARDIO exercise (your heart, endurance), but it doesn’t use up very much energy. So, following cardio exercise (you should do it every day for the sake of health, lowering cholesterol and blood pressure), play a sport of some kind or work out (lifting weights). I would highly suggest playing a sport. You’re still too young for weights. They may stunt your growth if used incorrectly. Give that sport all you’ve got. That means you’re not simply shooting baskets in the court. It means you’re out there with several other players, sprinting, leaping, jumping, chasing, blocking, etc. so that every part of your body is constantly using up energy and burning fat. Swimming is a good way to burn energy. You also need to control the amount of food you eat. Instead of eating a lot at once, eat small amounts more frequently. Make sure those small amounts to end up adding up to be more than three meals a day.

    When you exercise your body looks for energy in several different places. The first to go is the energy stored in your body from food (around two hours ago). That energy is a lot harder to deplete than you think, so work hard. Once your storage is empty your body will take energy from fat. THAT’S your goal. To keep sucking out energy until you reach that fat and start sucking the energy out of that. Fat is basically stored energy, but it’s a lot more dense than the immediate storage in your body (glycogen… from digested food). Good luck!

    this method works great, but you’ve got to be REAL careful, i’m not sure whether or not this exercise is bad for you.

    anyway, this is what you do: find some plastic bags and/or towels, and a sweatshirt. place the plastic bags over your stomach (make sure it’s about skin tight) and (if you’re using them) the towels over the plastic bags. cover the whole thing up with your sweatshirt, and place the sweatshirt’s hoody over your head. now start doing sit-ups (weighted if you want) or v-ups. you’ll notice that your body starts getting hot very very fast, and you won’t be able to do as many situps as you usually do. stop before the heat begings to get bad, wait a few mins. then try it again. go several sets, then take all the crap off your stomach. you’ll probably feel thinner after the first session (at least i did). but again, be careful with this method. it can be bad for you, i think.

    other things you can do: weighted sit upts (never do regular situps if you can do more than 15 straight. start weighting them once you get to that point); leg-ups; and v-ups. also, try to go to the bathroom as many times as you can during the day. holding piss in causes your lower abs to stretch out.
