Six Pack….?

I am in cross-country and i run 6 days a week at 6 in the morning. We run 4-7 miles daily. I have a six pack but it’s like, under my skin, i can feel it but can’t see it. How can i get it to show? I also do a lot of sit-ups and 30 push-ups daily. I am 15, and 5′2. I do eat a lot. so if its that what should i eat?
how often should i eat to keep my metobolism going? and what time should i stop eating?

I am the same way. i eat a lot because I have a high metobolism.

What I do is not just do the standard forward sit-ups. I do many types of sit-ups.
    1. You can get in the standard sit-up position except try to touch your right elbow with your left knee when you go up. Then do it the other way.
    2. Another is, get in the standard sit-up position. Now put your legs in the air and bend them at a 90 degree angle. Put your hands behind your head and pull yourself up so your knees touch your chest.
    3. You will need a partner to do this one. Again, lay in the standard sit-up position and have your partner put their knees on your feet. You will do this one just like a standerd forward sit-up except when you come up, your partner is going to slowly push you down. Try to stay up.

I do all these and have pretty good results. Good luck.

What is your body fat percentage?

You say you eat a lot, but do you eat a lot of protein? High protein foods are the building blocks to gain muscle mass.
