Every person has a different physiology. Some have great 6 pack abs. Some have 8, Some have 4. Bottom line is keep on as you are and you will get results.
Oh, and forget sit-ups. Do crunches as they cause far less strain on the back. Also there are Captain Chair knee raises that are supposed to be the best exercise for abs.
I’d rather have a 12-pack, but if you insist…
Just do a lot of sit-ups and stomach crunches. One thing that helps is swimming. You’re eating most of the right foods. Continue working the stomach, and you should be getting results soon.
Well, getting a six pack isn’t really about doing weights and stuff……..to get a six pack u just need to stay on a healthy diet……….almost every person has a six pack but the reason u cant tell is cuz all the fat is covering it!!!!!!!!! but weights will help make it more firmer……so just eat healthy and in no time you ll have a nice firm 6 pack!!!!!! good luck
Repition and consistency is key….Sure you may be doing 100 pushups and situps but make sure you are doing them properly to have the best results…Also, if you want to bulk up a little and gain muscle, before bed i drink a protein shake that has ice cream, berries, yogurt, protein powder and other various things. You can get muscle gainer pretty much anywhere…I get mine at Walmart for about $9-11 and its called 100% Premium Whey Protein Powder by Body Fortress…Nothing fancy but does the trick….
It takes time, you are on the right track, just keep at it. More tips here:
