Six Pack??
A person told me not to eat dairy if you started working out for a six pack. I eat dairy because it has protein in it and the only dairy I eat is low fat yougurt and milk. Why shouldn’t I?

It doesn’t matter because only a natural body is sexy. There’s nothing wrong with being toned but you can overdo it, especially when you cut out food groups.
