The air walker will work, but take alot of time, i would resort to the practical exercises which you could even do in your own bedroom, such as press ups and vary the press up, between diamond press ups, knuckle press ups, but dont begin them until you feel confident enough you can do them, pull ups, chin ups, and sit ups, the thing with sit ups is they make your 6 pack emmensley strong if you do enough of them, but does not nessercerily burn the fat around the abs, so do some running, or swimming, weight lifting would be the best choice but seeing as you are 14 i would say stick to the lighter weights just to tone the muscles, and prevent injury, because you are not fully grown yet, all of these should work pretty fast seeing how light you are.
Watch your food aswell. make sure you take in enough protein and carbohydrates.
basicly yo sound quite fit, and im not sure how long it would take for you to get a six pack but i recomend getting one, because corr there pretty easy on the eye =P
im fourteen too
for better abs.. you need a few things…
more protein
more sit ups
more crunchies
and more reps
every day do more sit ups etc… start at 20 build it up in 5’s to 200 and you will have perect abs and a six pack in no time
hope i helped…

Since your body has not finished growing, I would consult your physician / doctor / pediatrician before starting a fitness program.
A concern with people who have not finished growing is that by packing on too much muscle by doing weight training exercises, it stunts the growth of bone.
You might want to try a cardiovascular fitness training program (jogging, running, swimming) until you have finished growing, unless your physician recommends otherwise.
