six pack??!????!!!!?????????
how can i get a six pack? i am kinda skinny, i weigh 135 pounds. i am 17, and i want a six pack. how often should i work out? i know i am going to run or jog over the summer but how far and often do you think i should? also what ab exercises should i do? thanks!

i know it sounds simple but if you just do 100 sit ups or more EVERY night then it will start to develop.
situps-going to the gym
swimming, boflex, crunches, sit ups and a eat more protein
go to youtube and type in eight minute abs. its great !!!!!!!!!! good luck
oh and get alot of protein
Sit-ups I heard are great. I use a total gym.
you need to beef up a little. you are SKINNY. eat more protein and then work on ab exercises.
thing is it really doesn’t matter what you eat but more how much you burn off during exercise. You could eat fast food 3x a day and still have 6pac abs if you can burn the energy you consumed. Always remember to drink water… lots of water
for upper abs u can do many things sit ups/crunches, standing flex of abs works for me. for the sides u can go free weight or natural flex extend standing.. even a modified crunch to isolate that muscle.
lower abs tend to be the hardest but if you isolate maybe laying down on your back doing leg lifts to fatigue.
Lots of sit ups and watch diet.
first, you need to eat a little more, ur waaayyyy too skinny. And you should do a lot of sit ups, push-ups and weight training.

go to the gym everyday and work out your abs
such as doing 100 situps, but if that’s overwhelming take it slow the first few times.
and run atleast a mile or more everyday.
There are some seriously hard but effective ab exercises that well help. The hardest one I know is one where you lay on your back, left your legs out strait and then bend them and bring them strait up. Repeat 12- 15 times a day, increasing the amount once every two weeks.
i have a great one that is perfect especially to get ur lower abs. hang ur legs off the bed and scrunch in with ur arms on ur chest and bring ur legs up. then turn ur legs to the left and do the same and the right too. if u can get up too 10 rounds of 20 ull b ripped fast. the harder u work the better. takes a lot of self endurance. the first time i did it i could only do 60 of each and was feeling it. should get u slim fast tho. had a trainer from cali tell me that. good luck! hope u meet ur goals
running isn’t going to help as much as ab excersises. the best thing to do is to do crunches and twists (Sort of like sit ups) and leg raises, where you lie flat on the ground with you head slightly off of the ground and you lift your feet to 45 degrees and back down. Start off with 50 of each at first and then make your way up to 100. Jump squats or squats in general will also help. Do this at least 4 times a week
I did all of this when I did karate and I had a six pack within 3 months
do oblique crunches (side crunches) about 50 each, about fifty normal sit-ups, and about 1:30 min. of bicycles. Then when you get to running, you should try about 15 – 20 minutes on the first week of working out, then move up to about 30, or 3 miles. Do this every day over summer, and you’ll have a six-pack in about 26 days.
