Six pack?????

Im 14 and i have a six pack when i flex but if i dont flex you can kinda see it. how can i make it so i dont have to flex to see the six pack?

    Basically you can do as many crunches as you like, but the reason you can’t see them when you don’t flex is because there is a small layer of fat that covers the abdominals.

    The easiest way to get rid of this fat is to do as much cardio as you possibly can and burn off as much fat as possible. This should help to minimise the amount that is in the region.

    It’s simple. You need to work out your abs. I suggest doing around 50-75 sit ups a day, more if you want and you will get there.

    You have to lose extra fat and work your abs to make them bigger.
