six pack??
my girlfriend is gone on vacation for a month and ive started going to the gym recently…..im 5′8" and about 140 lbs im tryin to add some muscle so does anyone have any tips? and is there any way i could have or be close to having a six pack by the time she comes back? what would i have to do to make that happen? i know exercise but how often and all that kind of stuff……ne help would be great….thanks alot

Don’t focus on just your abs because if you do you will end up toning some other muscles and your reaction will be, "WTF?"
Do cardio every time you work out and constinstency is key. Every day, every other day. As long as it stays the same or gets more often but still steady. It’s good to vary your daily workout. Have a pattern. Lets say you have a 3-day rotation. First day – hour cardio [you can slowly build up to maintain endurance for an hour of cardio. start with as much as you can do and move up from there each week] and then abs. Second day – 10 min cardio, abs, upper body toning. Third day – 10 min cardio, abs, leg toning. And rotate every three days the same thing. Don’t get lazy. Eat healthy as well. If you go to the gym and then come home and each a big mac you’re not doing anything.
try sit ups.

dont eat to much, go to gnc and get meal replacements, and do different kinds of ab workouts variety is key
you will see hardly any difference in strength in only a month. but you can bench press, pull ups, bicep curls, shoulder shrugs. you should bench twice a week but pull ups you can do every day
