Six pack ?

How many crunches would i have to do a day to get a six pack in three weeks ?And what are palaties i think thats spelled rite ??? I need help getting a six pack in three weeks !!!

    Crunches are good. Do 3 sets of 30 every second day (you need to rest a day so your abs can recover).

    Pilate’s is a form of yoga that’s good for abs and core strength as well if you want to try that too.

    But the only way anyone will ever *see* the 6-pack is if you also watch your calorie intake and get plenty of cardio. And 3 weeks is enough time for you to see some results but it’s not much time to go from pudgy to Justin Timberlake – so make sure you’re realistic (depending on where you’re starting from).
