    Running helps your abs A TON. If you run for about a half hour, then do your ab workout, you’ll be building more muscle for your buck. Reason being after your running, you can take a break then do some ab workouts, take a break and finish up. But if you stop during running it screws everything up, and allows oxygen to regenerate everything so your like new. So in short Run then Workout.

    It depends on what is more comfortable for you, there isn’t really a better way to do it.

    Alternating would probably be best. Before one day after the next keep your body guessing so to speak.
