should i build muscle or burn fat and get 6 pack abs?

im 136 pounds, 5′8", 16 years old and i have 13% bodyfat. im gonna be going on vacation by the beach in mid august and i was wondering if i should build muscle or burn fat and get 6 pack abs. which one would look better for the girls-more muscle or 6 pack abs.

    you wont gain any significant muscle in 2 months

    but with proper diet u could lose a pretty decent amount of fat

    but dont expect to look totally different by then

    fiirst doo cardioo workouts,
    running/jogging
    skipping
    all that stuff that burns fat and gets ya pumping,

    and then doo some crunches when you feeel you’ve lost some weight

    definalty watch your diet too!
    cause its just as imprtant!

    In girls’ point of view, either one would be good but BOTH would be better. Imagine yourself with 6 packs but not much muscle or vice versa. Balance is the key here but obviously, 90% of bodybuilders give up after awhile because it’s not easy. The best is to have a tried and proven way. http://actiono.com may have what you want.
