Out of which 3 Hip Hop Abs, Core Rhythms, and Turbo Jam will you get the best workout and loose more calories?
I’m sick of doing sit ups and crunches everyday..there boring and they kill your back so i want something fun and something i can move around to to loose those extra pounds. So out of which 3 Hip Hop Abs, Core Rythms and Turbo Jam do you think i could get the better workout and burn more calories? They all look good but i can’t decide. lol Thanks everyone!

Turbo Jam for sure will give you the Biggest calorie burn! Hip Hop abs is good too but I lean toward Turbo Jam.
The music is Great! the workout combines kickboxing and a little dance (sometimes a lot)
There is also a great Ab workout but all the workouts strengthen your core and abs! The resistance workout is good (not going to build huge muscles but a good workout for toning)
Using weighted gloves (comes with the max results package) also adds to the calorie burn.
There are also other workouts in the series you can purchase so you will never get bored or reach a plateau!
I think you will be happy with Turbo Jam!
Turbo Jam kicked my butt. That was quite the workout! I have not tried the others so i can not compare but Turbo Jam was very fun!
