Male, 20yrs, 173lbs I want to weigh 150lbs and I want sixpack abs, any ideas?
I run 5miles a day, eat healthy, and I have a flat tummy, but I want a hard core six pack, I eat about 1500cals a day. Any suggestions???

I myself don’t have much advice (kinda in the same process!) but what i have found extremely helpful is if you go to bodybuilding.com. They have articles and forums that are very helpful. They also have lists of exercises to target certain muscles, as well as video instructions of the exercises.
I have been using this website for the last few weeks, and I am already seeing outstanding results!!

Stomach Crunches — Like 100 When you wake up and before you go to bed.
Sit Ups — SAME AS CRUNCHES
Just basically go to the gym and get a personal trainer. Or work out everyday, As in push-ups, jumping jacks, lunges, etc.
