Is this the way to get 8-pack ripped abs? (10 POINTS)?
I’d only like serious answers please. I’ve been doing about 100 crunches a day for a few weeks now and i can feel my rectus abdominis muscles are getting pretty damn hard. However, I currently only have a visible 4 pack since fat goes to the belly first and leaves it last. So, is 5.5km in 20 minutes on an elliptical set at minimum resistance a day enough to lose that annoyingly thin yet persistant layer of fat to be able to show off an 8 pack?
P.S. I’m a 17 year old male, 6 feet tall and weigh 165 pounds. I’ve never been overweight.

i’ll be honest with you a few crunches and twenty minutes on an elliptical will not get you the results you want…i feel like a broken record…and if you’re not eating healthy as well as working out you’re results if you end up with what you want will never last…persistence is key! sit ups, lunges, running daily is what its gonna take to get an "8" pack and mind you what you’re wanting takes a lot of time daily and a long time aside of that
abs are kinda icky :/
