is there any physically possible way to get tighter abs in just 7 hours?

i wanted to know if there is any physically possible way for a fourteen year old girl to get tighter abs in just one day… haha i know this sounds stupid but please answer with helpfull stuff.. dont say. are u retarded!

    Hell no

    It is impossible to change your body in only one day, be it from exercise or diet.
    Changing your body in anyway takes time

    Oh if I knew a way to do that I would be a millionaire! So I guess the answer is No but staying hydrated so your body doesn’t hold on to the water might help if you feel bloated. Otherwise try spanx-even celebrities wear them on the red carpet! If you want to change your body permanently you will have to exercise and eat a healthy diet for awhile to notice any change.

    If you overwork your abs by doing a bunch of sit-ups for those 7 hours, then your body will respond by over-tightening your abs. You’ll be hunched over and your back will be pulled out of alignment, but, like, omigawd isn’t it totally worth it to be cute and try to get quick results? Yeah, like, totally!

    In 7 hours nothing possible not even an inch loss.you have to workout at least 2-3 weeks to actually see a difference and also maintain ya diet with healthy food.
