Is Muscle Milk Light good option if goal is swimmer build lean muscle not body builder beefy?

what about the fat?
I suppose if I did use it, albeit the higher fat content is often misunderstood being its a different type of fat, I would drink it more as a straight mrp, without adding much as to not make calories any higher.

Whereas currently I have a powder with only 90 cals. Which I add stuff too to make a mrp which raised calories. I suppose MLL would not require the additives.
