Is it worth getting a six pack abs?
Ive been doing crunches and leg lifts for allmost 3 weeks now and it is really starting to show. Would it be worth going for six pack abs. I havent lost alot of weight Im still around 228. If it is worth it why would it and what are some advantages of having a six pack? I feel I can easily accomplish this.
Thats some pretty good advise king but , I think I am going to go with everyone elses idea.

Six pack abs is a clear indication of strong abdomen.
The advantages -
1) Reduced likelihood of back pain episodes
2) Gives you an erect upper body posture
3) Increases attractiveness
4) Increases self-confidence/ general good feeling about oneself
it will have a strong psychological impact when you see it in the mirror- you will want to maintain your body more and in the end you'll be far more healthy…
having a six pack helps you gain confidense around other people in a pool party or a beach.. or jsut something to show off… so i would say its good…
the number one thing is you will gain a lot of confidence when you talk to girls. you will be much more fitter and healthier and i don’t believe there’s any disadvantages
Just drink a six pack of beer instead
yes, as much as you dont think about it.
abs will help a lot, with all your work outs.
medicine ball and plate sit ups will help too.
russian twists with a plate or medicine ball are very good ab work outs..
stay away from six inches though, they are great for your abs, but very very bad for your lower back.
if you’re happy with ur body 6 pack is awesome if its muscle why does it matter how much it ways
some day ill take the good advice i give
. . .girls love them. well most do…plus thats a pretty hard thing to do and keep up so you’d feel pretty good about yourself.
Good continue
We really can only develop a three pack since there are only three major muscles in our abdomen to build. I personally can’t see why anyone would want to train that hard only to lose it all when and if they quit exercising so vigorously. So, no, it isn’t worth it. Just be content with the body you have and eat right and take care of what you have.
