Is it possible to loose belly fat just by sweating?

I’m curious and no where I seem to look has any source of an answer, but do you think it’s possible to loose belly fat just by sweating? Not doing exercises or anything, but just being under a blanket when it’s warm, and not eating too much junk food during the day. If you keep this as a cretin routine do you think it would burn belly fat? I’m going to put it to the test but I’d still like to see what you think of it.

    No, sitting and sweating will not burn fat. Cardio is the key to burning fat and in order to do so, you have to burn more calories than you consume.
