Is it possible to get in shape and get abs from just running,jump-roping, and attempting pull-ups? lol?

Getting in good shape and having a healthy appearance is more important than the abs of course :D

    i agree with alyssa, there is something very important though, if u ONLY do ab execises you will go through hell getting them…do them along with others like u stated running, jumproping, pull ups dont really burn fat i dont think…though i could be wrong but make sure you do more than one kind of ab exercise crunches, leg raises, bicycles, etc check out the link. good luck :)

    Yes. Any kind of exercise helps to burn calories, which gradually helps you to lose weight. If you want abs though, you should do more ab-specific workouts such as crunches, sit ups, twist, and burpees.
