Is it bad to do abdominal exercises everyday?

Hi I have started to do abdominal exercises everyday but I am starting to wonder if this is bad and like weight training and there should be a day of rest?
I currently do
50 x crunches
50 x reverse crunches
30 x squats
50 x oblique exercises

    Take a rest. You need to let your muscles recover and get stronger. If you never let them rest, when are they going to recover and get stronger? Never and you wont see any progress.

    you don’t need a rest day, but it won’t hurt to take one either.
    if you are working your abs hard, you should want a rest day- they should be tight and sore the next day.

    It’s not bad. It all depends on you. Everyone is different.
