is doing a 8 minute abs workout and 30 push up every night going to get me progress wiht my chest and abs?

i want to know if i do 30 push ups and 8 minute abs workout every night going to give progress with my chest and abs

    Your going to have to work longer and harder than that.

    No. There is no quick fix to physical health. Push up will give you lean muscle and will help with muscle stamina but will not give you bigger arms or chest. Honestly 30 is not much at all. 8 min abs will only slightly help. Your diet actually has more to do with fat and abdominal health. Stop eating fatty foods and stick and eat healthy.

    depends if you are feeling it burn or not. If your doing 30 pushups moderately easy, then no, it’s not enough. same for the abs
