Go for it! Your local gym should be able to do you a programme for either weight loss or to build up muscles , ours does, and they can do a personal trainer too with reviews- so check it out. If you start a fitness regime now it will help you later in life too and you may live longer as well,

You can still get a six pack. No problem. But it will take more time and more effort. But keep at it and you will have it.

No it’s not but i don’t know why men really want one, i find a normal chest sexy enough even if it’s on a 46 year old
