    Not at all…

There are plenty of exercises, but you’ll have to work out the best plan that works for your body type..

Diet is very important to expose the abs!!! because they will build up, but with fat in the way, they won’t be seen…

It’s never too late! 46 is the new 36.
Most efficient way is to burn fat off by increasing your cardio. Eat a lean diet, and start doing some serious ab workouts. I would suggest getting a BOSU ball to target all your ab muscles.

  • Millie says:

never too late start by crunches

  • Neil e says:

  • MarcT says:

It depends on your body type. If you’re like the average american 46 year old, then you probably won’t be able to get it. Its not physically impossible, though.

  • JT says:

You can still get a six pack. No problem. But it will take more time and more effort. But keep at it and you will have it.

I think past 60 you are pretty much done…

  • Kevin G says:

Diet and lots of aerobics. Work on your core vs. just doing sit ups.

  • jworger says:

    never too late..

  • dansnan says:

Go for it! Your local gym should be able to do you a programme for either weight loss or to build up muscles , ours does, and they can do a personal trainer too with reviews- so check it out. If you start a fitness regime now it will help you later in life too and you may live longer as well,

  • Beauty 2 the eye says:

No it’s not but i don’t know why men really want one, i find a normal chest sexy enough even if it’s on a 46 year old ;)
