A toned woman is always hot.
Just don’t be so ‘toned’ that you look like a guy in make up. Women look best with curves, rather than corners.

depends. for some girls i think it works quite well. if its like a body builder six pack its more of a turn off to me. if its a faint six pack its nice but not necessarily a turn on for me. im sure that more athletic type guys could be into it.
