In how much time will I get a six pack abs ?
i’m 12 years old i do 150 sits ups and 150 crunches every day, i’m thin, i eat very healthy i eat mostly meat, chicken, fish and eggs i don’t eat candy or things with lots of sugar, i run a lot and play soccer in how much time can i get a six pack abs ?
i can see my six pack abs when i’m doing crunches and sit ups why is it cause i’m about to get a six pack abs ?

those boys have six pack abs and they have not hit pubery

This is normal. You should only be able to see defined ab muscles when you are tense these muscles. The main reason for this is water fluid, thats why a bodybuilder will stop drinking 24hrs before a competition. Most footballers leaving a football pitch will have muscle definition due to requiring rehydrated. Look at Daved Beckham in a picture that hasn’t been digitally altered (on holiday). Stomach is flat and toned, but not ripped. The exercise you are doing currently will ensure your body will remain healthly. Avoid weights until you get till 16 as your body is still developing and be aware if you build a lot of muscle over the next ten years or so, you’ll spend most of your late twenties running to get your weight down. Muscle takes a lot of effort to stop turning to fat, your better staying lean and healthy.
I think you might have to hit puberty first. But keep up what you’re doing.

Im serious..DONT DO THAT MANY. Your still young and you cant over work the muscles. Only do around 50-100
Also do them on the yoga ball so it works the whole stomach
