im 15, and need to lose stomach fat!?
I’m 5"10 and weigh 160lbs.
I dont think i need to lose weight or anything, i look fine. But with my shirt off my stomach looks really baggy and horrible!
I’ve already gone on a low calorie diet to try and help, but are there any specific foods i need to avoid to prevent more fat being stored?
As for exercise, I’ve began weight lifting and am thinking about going running? What’s the best fat loss exercise?
And have you got any other tips for me?

I dont think the problem is that i havent got and ab muscles, i think its just the fat covering them!
