im 14 how can i get six-pack abs?
im 14 and 4 months old im anywhere between 5′1" and 5′3" in height and i weigh about 97 pounds (Though it may seem like im really skinny i actually have a bit of excess belly fat). i have been doing 50+ situps each night for maybe 2-4 weeks. when i started i could not see a six-pack when i flexed my abs but now i can slightly see one if i flex my abs a certain way. but i think that the bit of belly fat i mentioned earlier is covering it. i think that without it, my abs a visible.
So what im asking is:
1.Should i continue the situps i mentioned that i have been doing?
2.Should i start a new ab workout and should that replace or add-on to the situps?
3.What excersice or activity could get rid of my belly fat?
4.What foods should i avoid in trying to get rid of my belly fat?
Please help, thank you.
PS: i dont want anyone saying anything like your too young or youll stunt your growth because i know 2 things for sure:
-it is very possible for me to lose may belly fat and get six-pack abs
-im fine with being short and do realize my bones are growing

if you’ve already got a six pack there but fat is covering it keep doing sit ups, although i recommend crunches, but to lose the fat around your belly, eat a good low fat diet, and cardio will clear that up in no in time, remember to drink at 2 litres of water a day, and try and keep motivated to lose the fat, (a lot of people give up easily through boredom, and cant be arsed attitudes)
A good thing to try and start doing is running. I started running two years ago because I got bord one summer. Then that lead to me on eating healthier. I also started doing ab workouts only once a day. Before I knew it…I had abs! PS: it won’t stunt your growth. I grew about 8 inches. What you need to do is start running. Don’t try and do too much or else you’ll feel like giving up on it. Slowly increase your distances as you progress. Try and find new paths to run to keep it as interesting as possible. Start eating foods without fructose or fat. It’s hard but that’s the price. And it suprisingly doesn’t take as many ab workouts as you’d think. Try doing crunches and bycles. Goodluck.
look up on google or something ,
fastest way to grow abs .
i’m sure you’ll find something .
nah man, im just turned 15 and i have a 6 pack. haha im 5′3 and weight about 86 pounds. and you can do sit ups all you want but thats not helping your lower abs where the two extra abs are..you need to do reverse crunches (google them) that works out your lower abs and after a while they will start to show. its gonna hurt too btw since you never work them out, but you’ll get used to it and get a six pack eventually. once its visible keep woking them out, so they get toned.
You need to do aerobic exercise to get rid of excess body fat, running, rowing, biking or something. You should go to a gym and to exercise different parts of your stomach, one thing that helps is to do pushups, which require stomach strength for stabilization. Doing 50+ situps as your only exercise is unhealthy, as you may end up getting a distended stomach. If you really want to lose excess body fat in a way that is healthy, eat less meat. However, be sure not to just load up on carbs in replacement of the meat, just replace it with vegetarian alternatives sometimes.
