    6 pack – plank, sit ups, crunches

    Do as many crunches as possible per day.
    I don’t know any tricep workouts but crunches worked well for me.

    Join a GYM and eat high protein meals
    But according to me, you are in age 13 if you do this type of exercise
    your height growth will stop definitely
    So think about this again

    One of the best methods is crunches and push ups everyday, and i mean a lot of them. Do 100 crunches + 25-50 push ups in the morning, 150 crunches + 30-60 push ups in the afternoon, and 250 crunches + 50 push ups at night. If you can’t do these, do the most you can do. Do it every day and you will get ripped pretty quick, especially if you are not over weight or out of shape.

    It may not be possible, only about 8% of the male population have the genetics to get "6 pack abs" also if you do have the genetics to do this, it will probably not be possible to build muscle in this form at 13! most men cannot start building noticeable muscle until they are 15 or 16, (and most cant build muscle until their early 20’s) I would recomend, staying in shape by doing sports or running/swimming, at your age it would be unhealthy to start lifting weights.

    your only 13! that is pretty tall for that age. I am almost 21 and I am about 5"8 and 155 so you are probably gonna be decently tall. To get bigger triceps and abs you will definitely have to go to the gym and do the work outs that target your tri’s. Abs you can do 1000 of them a day but you have to run too so they can show. Thats what took me a while to do. Get the perfect push ups if you have the cash. Those really do help tone your body and build bigger muscles along with cardio and hitting the weights.

    you shouldn’t be doing any heavy lifting at the gym like bench pressing or squats cuz you’re still young and it will stunt your growth making you a buff lil midget. wait till 18 to do that stuf. for now, do some dips for your triceps.

    getting a 6pack you’ll have to do about 300 crunches a day, and run ALOT (2+miles a day) to get rid of the layer of fat. on top of that, you’ll have to eat healthier and not eat late at night.

    There is no fast. It takes time and commitment. The good thing is, now is the perfect time to start. If you start now and don’t quit you will have the ladies (or guys if you prefer) all over you in a year or two. The gym is a good idea but if you don’t have the cash you can simply do push ups, crunches and pull ups or curls. In 3 months time you will notice a difference, but you will not be completely ripped. TV is not real life. :)

    ummm, 2 in 1 can’t happen in body building but in some cases it might!!, if you think you have ABS muscles the way to show them isn’t by practicing them everyday, its by doing cardio exercises, and do low intensive cardio like walking or cycling, since you burn in low intensive cardio less proteins and carbs, because you need these two for building up your muscles.
    avoid fats and eat sugars if you want but during day time, don’t eat fats or sugars before you sleep, concentrate on proteins very well and make your diet low carbs. drink 4 litter of water or more. so you can get rid of body wastes and fats.
    now for triceps, practice them twice a week, play 3 exercises each time.
    body building is like university studying. no one graduates from 3 months only
    have faith and you will have ABS and triceps
