if im a girl can i get my abs to show if i have 16% body fat?

Im a runner, and im very fit and have strong abs however If i try to pinch it i can still grab about two inches of fat that are covering my abs. my abs are flat I just want to get rid of that extra layer of fat so my abs will show. How can i make this happen?
and i am at 16% body fat right now

    im sure he likes you. He just wants to know more about you. Hes just afraid, but thats how most of us guys are. if he likes you , he likes you, if he doesnt he will try to avoid you, but I think since he said ”im looking for for a girlfriend right now he is sitll interested. he justs trying to know more about you.     i know for a man the bodyfat percentage need to get around 7% i think for women its about the same thing…. but for women it very unhealthy to get that lean…. women need the extra fat to supply and maintain healthy levels of hormones…. i know a good bpdy fat percentage for women is bout 20to 24% and for men is about 12-16
    that would be the healthiest lean you woul get but its easier for a man to get leaner and stay healthier since he doesn’t necessarily need as much estrogen to keep healthy… some might even say he would be healthier with less of it (not completely true, the male body also needs estrogen to build muscle)
    women need a little more % because fat helps estrogen and create estrogen and keep it in balance…. if you go to low in percentage you could start developing male characteristics
    but if you must
    16% is a little too high lower it a bit and do a few ab workouts every 2nd day
    i think 16% is perfect and wouldn’t recommend any women to go lower
    also there a certain way to pinch your stomach fat… have your doctor do it
    you have to be no more than an inch apart and not press too hard against your stomach it can be confusing but once you see it done you can pretty much do it yourself
    if you go to the gym you can have you nutritionist or trainer do it as well… if you give em a little flirt im sure theyd be happy to help you lol
