I want 6-pack abs by june 8th at 13 years old what should i do to get those abs?

Im 13 years old and i have been workin my ass off to get a 6 pack of abs but i cant get them. I need tips on how to get them

    Your abs are gonna look fucked when you mature into an adult if you force yourself to get a 6pack now..

    Plus most girls your age won’t be attracted to your ab’s at all.. if anything they will find it weird.

    It will happen when it happens. There are some things that just refuse to be rushed.

    You can’t set a date like that. It just doesn’t work that way. Very few 13 year olds get them at all because they are not fully developed. Weight training and hard core training at all is not appropriate for someone your age. Just eat healthy and exercise. Don’t get so obsessed about 6-pack abs and don’t set a date for them. It takes a long time to get them so less than a month is not an appropriate goal at all.

    Ok first you want to start training your abs. NOT a thousand crunches, I’m talking cable curls, decline crunches with a medicine ball, and hanging knee raises. Google search them so make sure you do them right. Do cardiovascular exercise, whether it’s running or just playing a basketball game with your friends!
    Also, cut out the junk food (chips, soda, candy, icecream, cake, etc.) for a while. You can still drink diet sodas, but drink more water than anything.
    DON’T hurt yourself doing those exercises. Only use a small weight (like 5-10 lbs) with them, and only do about 12 reps, maybe 3 times with each exercise with a minute rest between them.
