I wanna have a decent body – pref a 6 pack – or something similar by the time i go on holiday in June.?
I am currently about 5ft 7 and weigh about 11 1/2 stone. I wanna be close to 10 stone.
I am running a bit and i now have a medince ball (5kg) which i use at home.
I am trying to eat better – but any ideas of how i can lose this weight and get a decent body by then – would be great.

Start by doing press-ups and sit-ups and home every day! This should create your 6 pack for you. My sons worked towards 100 a day to create theirs. Also eating a grapefruit after each meal absorbs calories that your body would normally absorb itself. Lastly have a couple of tanning sessions this always makes you feel more confident about your body.

have more faith in who you are, girls dont like six packs they like real, funny and charismatic individuals,get a life not a perfect body.
eat well , sleep a lot and enjoy life more , stop worrying about you appearance.
Key to getting the 6pack is diet and reducing your body fat %.
Keep working out and training hard but remember diet is the key.
Eat fruits and vegitables, then eat more of them. Then maybe chicken and fish is small qualtities.
mankmunky – Better yet why not do everything right and be funny sleep, eat right and look good doing it…….I think chics like that too.
everyone has a six pack, its just hidden below fat, what you could do is make them bigger by doing stomach exercises like situps, and do alot of cardio to lose the fat, you cant target the fat on your stomach but when you lose enough and you keep building those stomach muscles up eventually they will start to show
Im 5′8 nd 11stone and ive got a fair bit of muscle so if i was u i drop about a stone.My advice 2 get a good body is-
Go 4 a 20min jog twice a week-this will aid weight loss and body tone and stamina when workin out.
Either buy sum dumbbells 4 home use or join a gym.Find a sutiable workout plan online for urself and stick 2 it and workout 3 nights a week workin on your shoulders,chest arms and stomach. Work your body equally and ur 6pack will grow naturally.
And lastly eat more protein and carbs in ur diet and less fats this will help u grow muscle and loss weight.

There is no easy way to get a 6 pack. It can be quite simple if you follow the correct program.
You need a good balance excellent nutrition and a weight training program that will work to remove that little bit of extra fat. There are lots of programs to follow that make it simple.
The combination of exercise and the correct amount of food (types of foods like protein, carbs and fat are not all the same) will help you get the results you want, you are just a bout getting on track but may need to reduce the amount of starchy carbs (whole wheat bread).
