sit ups, crunches, push ups (they work your abs too), I don’t know what you call them, but put your hands under your butt, lay on your back, and raise your legs up and down do reps of 15, about 3 a day (those work your lower abs) and there are many more you can find by just looking on google!! All you have to do is eat healthy and workout hard
~Just jump in your car and drive to the nearest store. Most all stores sell some brand of six-packs. Drink up and enjoy.
