I need to lose just a few pounds and some stomach fat?

I was basically totally inactive (no walking) for three months and took things easy for 9 months, because of a car accident. I stopped all my physical activities like dance and martial arts. I I gained quite a few pounds over that time, but most of it came off when I started my activities again.

So I just need to lose a few pounds to get back to how I was. Also lately I’ve noticed more stomach fat (NOT pregnant) Any suggestions of how to lose those pounds and stomach fat?
