I need to get abs, can anyone give me tips on somethings?

Here is where I stand, I have access to a gym- I have a skipping rope, a track field nearby, a swimming pool that covers enough to do endurance swim, and I have knowledge on the crunch techniques and all. Can anyone give me a daily routine I can follow, and the foods I need to eat and avoid?

Lift weights to increase your muscle mass, and tone up the skin. Use the skipping rope and track to run and do cardio to burn the fat and increase your fat-burning metabolism, and swimming pool is a great cardio and conditioning exercise that works almost every muscle in the human body, and is a great toning exercise. Do crunches to strengthen and tone your abdominals. But your diet is the tricky part.

Do cardio after you lift weights, giving days of rest to recuperate from the same muscles you have worked out. And then do 30 minutes of cardio afterwards

I suggest alot of protein in your diet. Lean meats, whey protein. Eat most of your carbs in the morning beforehand going through the day and working out, as they are used for fuel in your workout. Eat the protein after and throughout every meal evenly to distribute the nutrients to give your muscles. Avoid sugar and soda’s and drink alot of water. Avoid sweets and high fattening and high sugary junk. A few google searches will give you what NOT to eat. Also, eat a small amount of calories under the amount you burn to lose the fat surrounding your midsection (abs).

You will be cut and have abs in no time. I really hoped I helped man.

TO GET ABS, ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS CONTROL YOUR DIET, EAT LESS CALORIES THAN YOU BURN EACH DAY, LOOSE BODY FAT, AND YOUR ABS WILL BE VISIBLE, IF YOU DON’T WANT TO, YOU DON’T NEED TO DO AB EXERCISES, SOME PRO BODYBUILDERS DON’T DO ANY AB WORK, THEY GET THEIR ABS BY JUST CONTROLLING THEIR DIET.

Okay well to start off you need to cut back on the junk food and sodas. Drink lots of water. A good exercise routine is to start stretching before you do anything else because you do not want to pull a muscle. Second do 3 sets of 30 sit ups and 3 sets of 10 push ups. You can always bump up the numbers is you want. Third start running. Walking will also help but if you are at that stage to where you think you can start running then do it. Since you have a track run a mile or 2 laps around the track. If you do all this i guarantee you will see improvements. I hope this helps.

Most important thing is don’t over work your abs…. everybody has a six pack naturally…its just hidden under fat. A lot of guys think you need to work your abs every day…but really they’re just like every other muscle..which is why a lot of the muscle heads at the gym don’t really have toned six packs.

Only work your abs directly every other day at the MOST…I usually do only 3 times per week.

    This routine works well

day 1) hanging leg raises 3×15 (you can do one set with a weight between your legs to make it harder if you need)
reverse crunches 2×15, 1 last set until failure
    swiss ball crunches 3×15

    day 2) ball pikes 3×15
decline bench crunch w/ medicine ball 2×15, 1 last set until failure.
    bicycle crunch 3×15

day 3) hanging leg raises 3×15
side crunches w/ weight (stand or use the lower back raise bench, hold a weight in one hand, and slowly lower yourself sideways to that side, and raise back up) 3×15
crunches on swiss ball 2×15, last until failure.

On your off days…do 30-60 mins of cardio…swimming is great for your abs. Make sure to do the crunches slowly and really feel each one. Drink plenty of water. Take a whey protein supplementt. and get plenty of rest.
