I need to develop a strong core, preferably a “six pack” fast. Help? ?

I am preparing for a vacation and I have about three weeks until I go. I capable and determined to develop a six pack. How and what are some workouts that will help me?

    you need to do two things:

    1. lose fat from your stomach
    2. develop abdominal muscles

    to lose fat quickly i would suggest long distance running for 1hr (it can be at an easy pace) at least 4 times a week. you can also do cycling instead of running but make sure its aerobic work over a long period (at least 45 min). when you dont do it for at least 45 min, youll burn carbs and you wont burn much fat. also in terms of dieting, dont eat foods that are high in sugar or fat basically eat healthy foods

    now for workouts to develop abs just do the following routine at least three times a week:
    (assuming you have access to a gym)
    hanging leg raises 2 x failure
    crunches 3 x 25
    incline situps 2 x 20
    cable crunches 3 x 25

    if you dont have access to a gym, just do this routine:

    crunches 3 x 25
    ab roller 2 x 15
    situps 3 x 30
