I hear obtaining a six pack interferes with normal waist movements unless you do waist excercises?
So, what does this mean? I plan to get a six pack this summer but I don’t want it to limit my movement somebody explain this and suggest some exercises, I heard this from another question.

Toning your core will most likely INCREASE your mobility around your waist. Whoever said that it limited your movement in the other question was an idiot.
