I have about 5 week to get abs?

I weight 125lbs at 5′6.5 feet tall. There is a lil bit of fat on my tummy. Not alot, im skinny just not over weight. I want to get visible abs & a thin tummy in 5 weeks. Whats a good diet & excercise plan. Any tips will help. Best answer gets 10 points please & thanks! <3

    jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
    evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
    specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
    your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
    to work double on them. The best approach is this:
    1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
    weight, lower for overweight).
    2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
    3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
    an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
    stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
    for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
    that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
    will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
    body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
    to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
    pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
    crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
    ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

    A good exercise would be to start up jogging as this will tone your whole body and you will gain muscle and lose fat. when i started jogging a started to see a flatter stomach in about 3 weeks and its free! also free weights will help alot!
    Another good exercise would be swimming as this is a fully body toner and you will start to see results in the first week, one of THE best exercises you could possibly do.
    On the diet side, i would cut out sugar from your diet, and i mean the processed stuff like biscuits, cakes and all that. Up your protein and lower your carbs, try to stick to fruit and vegetables mainly leafy greens for your carb intake and proteins like lean meat, chicken, any kind of fish and eggs.
    Also if your looking to tone more than lose weight, i would recommend doing push ups 3 sets of 10 to begin with, bicycle crunches, which are hard to master when its your first time but there much more effective than a normal sit up but only if your doing them right. and also the exercise called ‘the plank’ which is the best exercise to strengthen the abs, if you need any more info on these exercises feel free to email :)
