i do a 20 minute ab workout everyday, when will i start to see results?

I am 5’9 and 123lbs, im on a healthy diet, if i do a really hard core (haha) 20 minute ab workout everyday, when will i see results?

    SkinnyBiotch Hello Im also 5’9" 245 lb. This is answer 2 ana buddy Q. Like help others stay ( or get) healthy. When U get stresed from crazy eating & working out, the bod rebels. We do Not handle extreme stuff like a machine. Good Luck.
    – Be gentle w/ Ur self, eat, rest, work-out most muscles gives best results. How about sports that U enjoy. We get better results if exercise isnt painful.
    – What is the ab workout? Since they cover wide area fatigue / pain is not such a problem like other muscles. They can b worked hard – 20 minutes is good but U can do more.

    ur madd skinny
    you should see results after about 3 or 4 workouts
    so after 60 or 80 minutes (haha)
