How to lose stomach fat and gain muscles?
Hi all!!!
Im on a mission to become a fit machine!!!! About a month ago i was 14 st 2 lbs, now im 12 st 11 lbs. This is through going to the gym about 3 times a week and losing 1000 calories each time on a treadmill. My stomach doesnt seem to be any slimmer though and its getting on my nerves. Something is working as ive lost all that weight quite fast, but will the same method of exercise eventually lose me my belly!!!
