    No joke, on a diet and on a torso rotation machine, within 2 weeks, my abs looked like this:

    The great thing about T-R machines is that they work your abs and obliques at the same time.
    I did mine 3 sets of 20 [each side, right and left] on 130 lbs per gym visit.
    Id suggest starting around anywhere from 70-90 on it.

    hint: dont waste time on situps or crunches. its wasted energy unless you have no other way to get to a machine.
    Alt solution: you could buy one of those muscle stimulator belts they show on infomercials that you can wear anywhere you’re at and it builds your abs.

    Lots of sit ups weight lifting jogging press ups lie on your back and lift your feet of the floor a bit so your tummy tightens :)

    Everyone has abs, lower your body fat to under 10%, they’ll show. Then hit the gym…..
