How to get stronger/work lower abs?
Alright so i started jogging last summer, and i was at about 160 last summer, and today im about 123. so in the process of losing weight, ive gotten SO WEAK. i play soccer, so i need to get stronger. any ideas how to do this? i dont wanna use weights, just get stronger.
also, whatr some good workouts for lower abs?

Pilates, or anything that focuses on "core" strength.
push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, crunches.
for lower abs: straight leg sit-ups, leg lifts, scissor kicks, bicycle crunches
EDIT: and none of the above requires any weights.
