How to get strong 6 pack abs and chest (pecks) for a male?
I am a 15 (but will be 16 shortly) year old male and I have got partly a 6pack but it doesn’t show much as I would like it to, and wondering if anybody knows how to get strong 6 pack abs? I have no gym equipment at all apart from dumbbells, does anyone know of any exercises which will get me strong abs?
Also are there any exercises with/without using dumbbells which would get me strong pecks?
Any exercises or advice would be VERY great full !

This is just a rumor, but I’ve read that doing 200 crunches each day will build up your muscles, but it’s just a rumor. I also heard doing 200 push-ups, will also build up your muscles. You should also eat some more protein and if you have some meat on you, that’s a step forward in getting a 6-pack and strong pecks for a male.
