How To Get Some Muscles In Two Weeks?

In a little more than two weeks, school starts… For me, high school. So I intend to gain some muscles to make more confidence, to make a good impression…

Please give me some tips on how to get some pectoral muscles and some "belly muscles". I also have a little fat in those two areas, and I would at least like to get rid of it in two weeks…

PS. How long will it take to see the fat burning of?!

    In my opinion your best bet is too stick to the 4 basic strength moves…….squats, deadlift, bench press, and pull-ups. Training for strength will not only build muscle but burn fat when your not working out. Maybe add 30 min of interval cardio on non-weight days to burn extra fat.

    Run/walk a mile or two each day, and do plenty of push ups.
    Push ups are great exercises. You have more than 2 weeks to gain muscle, as you’re not going to really be taking off your shirt on the first day of school. Just keep working hard after school has started, and maybe two weeks after that, you see a noticeable difference.
    Remember to eat foods that are low in fat and high in protein. You could even buy a protein powder mix if you wanted, but they are expensive.

    the best way to gain muscle is to always provide your body with nourishment, so u should be having 6 smaller meals a day, usually 3 of those should be high in protein. and if u make protein shakes then that should count as a meal in itself. As for working out u should drink a protein shake before and after your workout, and u should make sure that u a fully hydrated while you work out.
