How to get six packs while getting big arms and upper body parts?
So, I know that to get a visible six pack I need a low percentage of body fat. The lower the more visble im assuming. However, If i lose so much body fat and weight, my body would get smaller. So, how can I get a bigger stronger upper body while losing belly fat; since it isn’t possible to spot reduce fat.
Btw, I’m 5′5" weighing at 120lbs which is pretty low I think.
