I’m doing 30 minutes of swimming 4 times a week
Do round about 50 crunches, 50 push ups and 50 sit ups a day
My diet is eating 3 meals a day:
Breakfast- shredded wheat
Lunch- two sandwiches
Tea- random

Stand with your heels, butt, shoulders, head touching a wall. Put your hand between your lower back and the wall and see how far you can get your hand through. If you can get your hand to the fleshy part then that’s normal. If you can get it past there and get your arm through your pelvis could be tilted forward and your organs are "spilling over" so to speak. I’m told this is very common.
