How to get noticeable muscles?
When I compare myself to other guys, I’m horrible compared to others with some actual noticeable muscles in their arms.
Can you give me some advice on getting some muscles on my arms like how many minutes a day to lift ect.
I’m actually pretty skinny and do eat.
Ive been told to lift to tire out your muscles and not strain them right?
So how much time do you think I should take to lift weights each day?
And how long until noticeable muscles are seen.

Try lifting weights every other day, for 60 minutes every workout.
Consume about 10 to 15 calories for every 1 pound of body weight- perfect for muscle gains.
Try performing every muscle group about once every 7 days.
Perform 4 exercises for every body part.

I’ll give you a small tips, and hopefully it will can help you to get noticeable muscle in your arms.
Push-up (60 times, 5 sets per day) quite help to get a muscle in your arms (of course plus your chest)
Consume any kind of food that contain a good quality of protein (maybe you can start with egg white).
And to make it perfect, you need to lift weight also (i suggest, u do not this kind of exercise everyday, once every two days more better, but you must do it consistently of course).
