Lean meat, baked chicken, baked turkey, fresh vegetables. You want to really stay away from butter, oil, ad fried foods try to bake at all costs really stay away from sweets and sodas Drink a lot of water to help your body absorb the protein if you want to get buff if that’s what you mean try whey protein at first then once you advance get into Creatine and also take vitamins and good supplements. The cereal brand total is very good at giving you the vitamins you need so try that and not to forget try to increase your core exercises such as crunches, sit ups, oblique sit ups (which is like doing the human bicycle movement on the floor while moving your core right when your right leg comes up and left while your left leg comes up) also try siting up while putting weights upon your chest this also buffs up your chest and don’t do core exercises every day you will out work your core and ruin your structure you truly want to keep a balance of a day of core exercises then the next day working your arms with the weights then the next day of cardio workouts (which is basically running jumping basketball anything that works your heart) and then the next day taking a rest (most people don’t know this but that day of rest basically helps your muscles grow and then repeat the next process or whatever fits your schedule do all of this for the next 3 to 6 months with a strong will and before you know it you’ll be a ripped dude that will catch everyone’s attention.
